1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at lossandrecoverycoach.com, booking a discovery session, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Coaching Limitations and Medical Disclaimer

Loss and recovery coaching is an educational, supportive, and goal-focused service. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or emergency care. While Dr. Clive E. Neil holds credentials in psychotherapy, coaching sessions do not constitute a therapist-client relationship. If you are experiencing clinical depression, severe trauma, or mental illness, you should seek the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional.

3. Emergency and Crisis Resources

Coaching is not a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, having thoughts of self-harm, or are in immediate danger, please dial 911, visit your nearest emergency room, or call the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 immediately.

4. Cancellation and Refund Terms

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. Refunds for coaching packages or assessments are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing. Completed coaching sessions and delivered digital assessments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual-Property Ownership

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, training materials, and the specific frameworks (e.g., The Butterfly Effect Method), is the property of Dr. Clive E. Neil and Loss & Recovery Coaching, protected by international copyright laws. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of free materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dr. Clive E. Neil operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
